Question:What if I didn’t register up front, but still want to attend ?
Answer: At this time, we are expecting a sellout – which means that there won’t be any single lecture space available tickets available. If for some reason we do not get a sellout, we will send out an email to everyone who has registered to receive our updates on our website, as well as anyone who has previously or currently purchased a ticket.
Question: I forgot my receipt/ticket, can I still attend?
Answer: Yes – we have your name and email address so you are fine, though check-in will be easier with your receipt/ticket.
Question: Do I get a ticket for each lecture ?
Answer: No, you only get 1 receipt/ticket, which you can use for each lecture or show us on your smartphone. Since each receipt/ticket is unique, you can print out extra copies if you lose your original.
Question: Are there reserved seats ?
Answer: No, it’s first come, first serve seating, so if you want to sit with someone, or in a particular location, the earlier, the better for seat selection.
Question: What if I don’t receive a receipt/ticket email ?
Answer: Please check your spam file on the off-chance that it went into that file. Otherwise, let us know.
